Once your store has been approved, you will receive an email containing an access link to your 'Store Management Portal'.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You never need enter your credit card information to use Flourishing Florist. When you decide to launch your store and start accepting credit cards payments, you will need to start your subscription and enter your credit card details.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees.
How you bill me?
Subscription cost can be automatically debited directly from your bank account or credit card.
How I receive payouts?
Transfers arrive automatically in your bank account on a 2-day rolling basis after every purchase.
Am I locked into some sort of contract?
No way! Flourishing Florist plan is month to month. There is no contract so you can cancel anytime, but chances are you will ❤️ us for life!
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Flourishing Florist isn’t the best ecommerce platform for your business, simply cancel your account.

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can use an existing domain name that you own. We also provide a free *.ff.florist domain name to all stores on sign up.
What if I don’t have a domain?
Not to worry, we provide a free *.ff.florist domain name to all stores on sign up.
Do I need pay for web hosting?
Flourishing Florist includes secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on our plan.
Are your stores secure?
Yes. All Flourishing Florist Stores are protected with the secure HTTPS communication protocol.
What does HTTPS mean?
HTTP or HTTPS appear at the start of your webpage address. It’s just one letter, but it is the difference between your site being secure or a serious risk. The “S” means that your customers’ personal information is protected and that your store is a safe place to shop.
